New Guests

All non-extension clients, including existing clientele that do not currently wear semi-permanent hair extensions are required to read, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions.

A consultation is required for every single extension client. We will review your intake form (which will be submitted prior to booking your consultation); assess your hair, hair history, and goals, lifestyle, etc. to establish if you are a good candidate for semi-permanent hair extensions, the best method or combination of methods for your hair.

We will establish all necessary sessions needed prior to your installation session to achieve your desired result and schedule these appointments as necessary ( ie. haircuts, color sessions, treatment sessions, etc.)

You will receive a price quote at the end of your consultation- you are never expected to book on the spot: however, the total cost of the hair will be due as a deposit at the time of booking your appointment.  The remaining amount will be paid at your installation.

*Deposits can be paid via cash or venmo

The boring part first-

Congratulations on the first step in your hair extension journey! Please take a moment to review the Extension Digital Consultation Terms & Conditions below and then fill out the digital consultation intake form. This form will be reviewed and I will be in touch within 48 hours Monday-Friday via email to schedule your in-person consultation.

* You will be required to agree to these terms and conditions when you submit your form, so please be sure you have read and understand these terms.

Extension Digital Consultation Terms & Conditions

Your Installation Session

Please arrive to your Installation Session with clean hair that is 100% dried, and smooth, so that we can get started with your installation.* I will touch up your hair if needed. We will snap a few before pictures and/ or videos. I'll grab you a beverage or snack of your choice, then we will get going!

Once your new hair is installed, I will blend the cut, style, and snap a few after photos and/or videos.

I'll go over home care one final time and we can get your products purchased, if needed. Then I will send you on your way ready to show off your new locks, and a goody-bag for you and your new hair to enjoy!

*There will be an additional charge if you need a shampoo & blowout prior to your installation.

Maintenance Schedule

The maintenance routine for extensions is as follows:

Adhesive-Free Extensions (Sew-In & I- Tips)

  • Installation appointment

  • 6-7 weeks- adjustment appointment #1

  • 6-7 weeks- adjustment appointment #2

  • Full removal & reinstall​ with fresh beads- at this appointment you will receive a clarifying shampoo, scalp treatment, deep conditioning treatment, and blowout to reset your hair for your extensions. 

Tape Ins

  • Installation appointment

  • 6-7 weeks removal & move up with fresh tapes- at this appointment you will receive a clarifying shampoo, scalp treatment, deep conditioning treatment, and blowout to reset your hair for your extensions. 

K-Tips

No maintenance appointments are required for this method, you will have extensions checked at month 3, 5, and 6 to see if they're ready for removal. 

*Please arrive to maintenance appointments with clean, dry, smooth, detangled hair to make the process smoother.  You will be required to pay for a blowout if your hair is wet.

Long Term Expectations

Hair Extensions are a luxury service, which means they are a lifestyle investment. Maintenance appointments and proper home care are crucial to achieving the best extension experience. 

Wefts: 6-12 month lifespan

I-Tips: 3-6 month lifespan

Tapes: 3-6 month lifespan

K-Tips: Single use, last 3-5 months

Clip-ins- 12-24 month lifespan

Home Care

Home care is vital to your extensions' lifespan. Take home products are available for purchase at the salon during your appointment!

 

*Purchase of these products at the salon is not required; however, I can guarantee these are the safest with the best results among my clients. 

 

Most important products include:

  • Sulfate-free Shampoo and Conditioner

  • Hydrating Mask

  • Oil Serum

  • Thermal Protectant

  • Dry Shampoo

You will receive an at-home care guide to your email the day of your appointment.

Hair Guarantee

Hair quality is top priority, I inspect all extensions prior to installation. If there are any quality issues, I will replace the hair prior to your  appointment.

Any alterations to your hair extensions not discussed or done by me (ie. cutting, coloring, toning, etc.) voids warranty and replacement hair cost is your responsibility. 

Failure to use correct products and follow home care instructions may result in shorten lifespan of hair. This means new hair will need to purchased sooner than 12 months. You, the client, assume these costs.
