what services should I book as a first-time client?
check out the new client sesisons— there is an entire experience designed for new clients, like you. if you're looking for extensions, submit your digital pre-consultation form, so we can schedule your virtual consultations
do you offer consultations before booking a full session?
yes! for your convenience, i offer virtual or in-person consultations to review your goals, lifestyle, maintenance preferences + everything in between. please note, in-person consultations are a paid session.
i want low-maintenance color—how often will I need to come in?
most of my clients visit every 3-4 months, depending on their goals, home care + preferences. i’ll map out a custom maintenance plan during your session so you’re never guessing.
what if I’m not sure what to book?
no worries—I’ve got you. Just fill out the new client form + i’ll recommend the right session to get started.
what’s included in each appointment?
every session includes a full consultation, personalized color or extension work, signature styling + customized aftercare recommendations to extend your results at home. you’ll leave with a plan, not just pretty hair.
what haircare or prep should I do before my appointment?
come with clean, dry hair (washed within 24 hours is ideal), thoroughly detangled hair + bring plenty of photos of looks you love (maybe even a few that you’re not crazy about).
if we’re doing extensions, i’ll send specific prep instructions ahead of time.
how much does it cost?
pricing varies depending on the session + end goal, but i’m always transparent. all session prices are listed on the menu + we’ll review everything together before we begin. if you have a specific budget in mind, we can work within that budget to achieve a look that you'll be satisfied with.
do you offer silent appointments?
absolutely–iIf you’re in the mood for a quiet reset, just let me know in the appointment notes when booking—no explanation needed.
where are you located?
i am based inside the sola suites in marshall’s plaza in dewitt. there is plenty of free parking, so many things to do after your session + a the space has a cozy curated vibe.
what’s your cancellation policy?
life happens—i totally get it. i kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules so I can offer that time to another guest. no-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee.
